How do I take Flax Seed?
To receive the maximum benefits from the nutrients contained in the seed, they must be fresh ground. The whole flax seed should be ground for a few seconds in an electric coffee grinder and then added to your favourite cereal, fruit juice or soup. Always grind at the time of use. |
